My Summer Essentials

 

Although I was a winter baby, I love summer days, warm balmy nights and anything to do with the outdoors and being in, on or around the water. I guess that’s why I moved to Brissy and pride myself on not owning a TV, or a microwave, for that matter.

 

I love waking up early for quick dips in the pool, running next to river to clear my head and often find myself staring out to sea, conjuring crazy adventures, future plans and even bigger ideas. Ok so I’m a bit of a dreamer, an ideologist, an over achiever, but most of all I’m a doer, and a pale skinned girl boss! Therefore, I need to look after my body and protect my skin.

 

I own a bizillion swimmers, rashies, hat, sunnies and stock up on sunscreen monthly!! And that’s the giant 2 litre bottle I’m talking about. I invest in good, supportive runners, breathable socks, and lightweight activewear. I own oil free moisturiser, after sun lotion, hydrating lip gloss and have an awesome inflatable SUP board.

 

My summer would not be the same without these fabulous essentials, so I thought I’d share them with you and hope that you share the same enthusiasm for long summer days and humid nights as I do.
