Are You in a Style Rut??

Shifts and changes in life can cause style discrepancies: Your body is different, you’ve returned to work, or your lifestyle has drastically changed, and the clothes you own just don’t cut it.

And when you have a moment to think and realise you might not know what your style is or what you want it to be, but you know your style just isn’t working for you, then you need a change.

If you’re always

1. searching for new items, you think that all of your style problems will be resolved, or that void will be filled by buying new things.

2. wear the same pieces over and over again, as the same look and those pieces in the same way.

3. feel like you never have a complete outfit, or don’t have the right pieces to make an entire cohesive look

4. have wardrobe meltdowns - feel frustrated, have an increase of negative emotions while getting dressed, walk away, feel fed up

5. feel disempowered or not confident when putting on your clothes, feel disheartened, or just a little blah,

6. have the overall feeling that your style doesn’t give you pleasure or causes you discomfort

Then your style isn’t working for you. The good news is that YOU have the power to change it NOW!! Release the guilt, uncomfortableness, anger, fear, or whatever you’re holding onto, and LET IT GO!!
