As more and more sustainability and ecological initiatives surface, the more I understand the impact I place on this planet, especially in regards to the clothing I wear. I constantly look for ways to reuse, reduce and recycle, and lean more towards buying less and borrowing more.

I use local and online dress hire services, that offer a great range of garments at an affordable price and are quick to deliver. And clothing swap events are popping up everywhere so there's no excuse not to attend.

When I do buy, I look to fill the gaps in my capsule wardrobe and replace key pieces which no longer fit or flatter.

I also try to encourage others to be more mindful and reassess their own demands on the fashion industry.
